Lummi CDFI Helps Entreprenuer With A Business Expansion Project Creating Two Good Jobs

In addition to working full-time at Lummi Tribal Sewer and Water for the past 15 years, I have also worked as a fisherman since the age of eight years old. Because of the Lummi CDFI, I have been able to expand my current commercial fishing business. I have expanded from a two boat operation to a three boat operation, which creates two more jobs in the Lummi Nation community. I would like to personally thank the staff at the Lummi CDFI for all their dedication and hard work to build our local economy and create good living wage jobs in our community.
